Terms of Service

By placing an order with Mixed Tape Courier you agree to these plain-English terms: $15 flat per postcard, worldwide delivery (5–7 business days in the U.S., approximately 2–3 weeks internationally), 30-day full refund if you are not happy, you keep ownership of your voice note, and our liability is capped at the amount you paid.

Ordering and payment

Each order is for a single postcard. The price is $15 USD per postcard, charged at the time of checkout via Stripe. The price includes printing, postage, QR-code hosting, and the Walkman-style voice player for the life of the order. We do not offer subscription billing. International currency conversion is handled by Stripe or your card issuer.

Refunds

If your postcard is damaged in transit, lost in the post, or we made an error in printing, we will reprint and reship at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. We also offer a full refund within 30 days of ordering if you are unsatisfied for any reason. To request a refund email hello@mixedtapecourier.com with your order reference.

Your content and our use of it

You own your voice note and personal message. By uploading a voice note you grant Mixed Tape Courier a limited licence to store, host, and serve it via the QR-code URL for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will not use your voice note for advertising, AI training, or any purpose beyond fulfilment. Voice notes that violate our acceptable-use policy (no hate speech, no illegal content) will be removed without a refund.
