Privacy Policy

Mixed Tape Courier collects only the mixtape details, voice note, and recipient address needed to print and mail your postcard. Stripe processes payments; we never see your card number. Voice notes are private, never sold, never used to train AI models. Email privacy@mixedtapecourier.com to request deletion.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the recipient's mailing address, your cassette label text, your playlist URL, and the optional personal message you write for the back of the postcard. We also store the voice note you record in your browser so it can be served via the unique QR-code URL on the postcard. Payment details go directly to Stripe — we never receive or store your card number, bank details, or CVV.

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to print and mail the postcard, host the voice-note player, and send you an order confirmation email. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your voice note, playlist choice, or order details to train any machine-learning model or AI system. We retain order data for up to three years for accounting and fraud prevention purposes, then delete it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing privacy@mixedtapecourier.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area you also have the right to restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
